My executive coaching with Gaby some years ago had a huge impact on my life and career and it is something I have always carried with me. The hardest lesson I’ve had to learn about showing up well for my team and our customers is that there is no graduation date to being your best. I’ve had to peel the onion back to examine the things that may have helped me as a survivor, but don’t serve me well as a leader to my team and our customers.
