CEO & Founder, Source Elements Group‬

Gaby Jordan

Gaby Jordan is the CEO of Source Elements Group and President and Founder of Human Better EDU. With over 25 years of experience, she empowers executives and their teams through executive life coaching.

Raised by a single mother who valued education, Gaby was the first in her family to attend college and law school, graduating from Columbia Law School. After practicing law for 15 years, she transitioned to the business world and then to executive coaching.

From 2006-2022, Gaby served as EVP for a leading life coaching firm, working with executives, managers, and entrepreneurs from Fortune 500 companies. She also led their Education Division, which evolved into the non-profit Human Better EDU.

Gaby has led programming in over 75 universities and institutions worldwide, including MIT, LSE, Stanford, NYU, Columbia, Yale, and more. She is passionate about empowering parents, students, administrators, and faculty across all levels of education and helping executives and their teams achieve exponential results.

Gaby believes that the skills empowering executives also enable students to thrive, fostering responsible community members. She lives in New York with her husband Robert and enjoys singing and creating a creative community with her grown daughters in Tribeca.

Osie Nissani

Osie Nissani is a seasoned Business Consultant and Executive Life Coach with over 10 years of experience coaching Founders, CEOs, C-suite executives, and senior leaders from start-ups to Fortune 500s. She also has over 20 years of experience in personal growth coaching, having led seminars and workshops for more than 15,000 people globally. Previously, Osie served as a Senior Vice President and Senior Executive Life Coach at a large executive coaching company.

Before her coaching career, Osie owned and operated a successful jewelry business, leveraging her entrepreneurial spirit and creativity. She now uses these experiences to train executives, managers, faculty and students and teams in accountability, helping resolve challenges across various sectors. Her expertise includes leadership development, toxic relationship resolution, professional effectiveness, and career mapping, expansion and transitions.

Osie has provided executive coaching and leadership development in sectors such as Advertising, Manufacturing, Technology, Finance, Entertainment, Real Estate, Legal, Hospitality, Architecture, and Fashion. 

Her commitment extends to assisting parents and families facing learning disabilities, inspired by her experiences as a parent of a learning-disabled child.

Raised in a kibbutz on the Israel-Southern Lebanon border, Osie is fluent in Hebrew and English, and embodies resilience and political sensitivity. She resides in Forest Hills, NY, has her two grown sons and daughter-in-law, and enjoys hiking, biking, swimming, and kayaking.

Executive Life Coach

Bettina Wertheim

With over 20 years as a corporate communications professional in tourism, transport, retail, arts, and science, Bettina brings a broad understanding of various organizations and their specific challenges. She has worked as an executive consultant for multi-corporate enterprises, for small family-owned businesses, for high-tech startups, and for nonprofits.

Bettina decided to become an executive coach to help people enhance their personal and organizational success, at any stage of their career. She works with individuals – from managers to CEOs – and corporate teams. Her clients value Bettina’s passion to get them to their dreams, as well as the clarity and new perspectives she brings to the table.

Her work with Source Elements Group is inspired by the transformational changes she has witnessed in clients, both on an individual and on a team level. As a lifelong learner, she is passionate about education, and teaches at leading business schools in Vienna, London, Lisbon and Berlin.

Bettina graduated from Berlin University of the Arts with a Master’s degree in Communication in Social and Economic Contexts, and is a certified quality management auditor. She is married to an inventor of special vehicles, has a teenage son, is a passionate yoga practitioner and horseback rider, and loves classical music and good food. Bettina coaches in English and German (and is currently learning sign language).

Executive Life Coach

Angie Robertson

Angie is an experienced Executive Life Coach with Source Elements Group. Her journey began in 2008 when she hired a coach for her career, leading her to establish her own coaching practice, workshops, and events.

Originally from Louisiana, Angie holds a Juris Doctor and Bachelor of Civil Laws from the Paul M. Hebert Law Center at Louisiana State University. She has practiced law for 20 years across various sectors, including an international law firm, a FORTUNE 500 company, and a boutique firm, and served as Interim Executive Director of a nonprofit.

Angie helps individuals, couples, families, and teams bridge the gap between their dreams and realities. Her legal background, combined with her wit, kindness, and compassion, enhances her ability to support clients in achieving their goals. She has worked with a diverse range of clients, including CEOs, doctors, lawyers, entrepreneurs, and artists, and has led programs both online and in-person in locations like Dallas, Washington D.C., Denver, and Bali.

Her speaking engagements include Jdate Webinar Series, General Assembly Dallas, Outdoor Voices Dallas, Athleta Dallas, Lifestyle Reboot Retreat (Bali), Vermont Bar Association’s Annual Meeting, and the Louisiana-Mississippi Hospice Palliative Care Organization’s Annual Meeting.
Angie lives in Dallas, TX, with her husband and two daughters.
