Depending on the type of coaching requested and the industry we are working with, we begin our process by first identifying the desired outcome or vision that the individual or team wants to achieve. We then identify the gaps (and their sources ) between the vision and the current reality.
To support the change in behavior and develop habits, we use a framework focused on integrity (consistency) and accountability. We also uncover and address any negative beliefs or inner monologue that could be hindering your success. We recognize the power of the subconscious mind and help individuals uncover and overcome blocks that may interfere with their dreams.
These days, we all need to expand our capacity. That doesn’t mean doing more. But how will you get more effective in doing what YOU want? To expand an individual’s capacity, we use a three-pronged approach that includes developing appropriate tactics (including in time management), relational and emotional alignment and shifting beliefs. Clients uplevel their skills, expand their knowledge, and enhance their emotional intelligence. This has people realize their dreams in an effective and fun way. With heart and a sense of humor we support that journey.
We also provide a framework for having difficult conversations that balances grace and wisdom. This helps facilitate communication and resolve any conflicts which interfere with clients’ desired outcomes.
Transforming cultures is one of our favorite things. On group levels, we work with teams in many industries struggling with alignment and communication issues. Using our frameworks, we help the team get clear, get talking and get in action to effectuate their vision.
